The Zoo business model will see ongoing sales and revenues from the following categories:
 Membership enrollment fee: The new member enrollment fee ranges between $49 and $99 and covers the cost of membership processing, an initial health and fitness consultation, and equipment orientation.
· Monthly membership fee
The monthly membership fee for a single location is $19.95. (Fee may vary, depending upon location, amenities, and promotions, etc.)
· Family membership add-on
Immediate family members may join an existing membership for an additional $9.95/month.
· 30-Minute Circuit Training limited membership
Many Zoo Health Clubs offer a 30-minute circuit training limited membership for $10.00/ month.
Personal training fees:
Many members find they benefit from the added structure, motivation, and expertise provided by a professional trainer in a one-on-one situation. Personal-training programs at The Zoo are very popular. One-hour sessions range in cost from $50 to $60/hour; half-hour sessions are $35 to $45/hour. Smaller locations can benefit from specializing in such programs.
The Zoo's Six-Week Body Makeover offers three one-hour sessions a week for six weeks week at a discounted price. New members find this program an ideal way to get started on their way to renewed health and fitness! Tanning: Unlimited tanning is available to members for an additional $15/month. Individual tanning sessions are also available for a set fee
· Weight-management programs and health products: Weight-management programs and healthy food products are available to assist members in achieving and maintaining their personal weight-loss and weight-management goals.
The Zoo Store: Men's and women's fitness clothing and totes, bearing The Zoo logo, are available for purchase.
Health and weight loss products: Nutritional and weight loss products, bars, shakes, water and smoothies will provide our franchise with additional revenue stream are available.
· Home equipment sales
Home fitness equipment, including cardio bikes and infrared saunas, can be offered for sale at Zoo locations
