The build out requirements are minimal and straight forward with an open floor plan for maximizing space. The gym floor has four distinct areas.
One for free weights, benches and free weight machines. Second for Life-Fitness pin select machines. Third for the Life-Fitness cardio health area. Fourth for stretching, core training and abdominal exercise machines. Finding the right location is crucial. Many of our franchises find a location on their own using our guidelines.
